Celebrated chef-owner Charles Phan has mastered the upmarket, contemporary Vietnamese menu, showcased in a large space with sleek wooden tables and chairs, a big bar, an enviable bay view, and dedicated clientele. There are too many signature dishes to count, including green-papaya salad, chicken clay pot, and shaking beef (tender beef cubes with garlic and onion); they don't come cheap, but they're always made with excellent ingredients.
