The lights are low, the wines are well chosen, and the menu offers dishes that range from green-tea crab noodle salad to caviar and buckwheat blinis. The soaring space seems more New York than San Francisco, with a rockin' downstairs lounge and a more casual rooftop restaurant with wood-fired pizzas and great city views.
