Executive chef Ryan Johnston’s commitment to farm-fresh, from scratch cooking shines in the sharable charcuterie board with house-made salumi, pate, pickles, and condiments served with grilled crusty bread. Salads, pastas, and flatbreads kick off the menu, while entrées range from lobster tagliatelle to venison stew with dates, mushroom, and garlic toast. Desserts include a trio of cookies and trifle, but the caramel budino is a solid staple.
