With one sip of the bubbly “Moroccan Kiss” cocktail in this room lit with lanterns and draped in desert-hued fabrics, diners are transported to chef-owner Moumen Nouri’s motherland. The culinary journey continues with tapas like the B’stila roll stuffed with orange blossom water-scented chicken and cinnamon almonds or classic zaalouk of roasted eggplant flavored with preserved lemons. Traditional tagines with chicken, lamb, or veggies top the dinner menu that also includes ground beef (Kefta), merguez sausage, and chicken kebabs, all served with saffron rice. Moroccan feasts served family-style start at $26 per person, and on Monday’s meatless dishes are discounted 20%.
