Amid Old Town's vibrant dining district, this rollicking spot in what served as a saloon and brothel in the 1950s turns out consistently fresh locally caught seafood. Steamed clams, grilled snapper, oyster burgers, and chowders are all on the menu—one of the West Coast's top oyster beds, in the bay across the street, supplies the oysters on the half shell. Steaks and burgers are served, too, and the breakfasts are popular. The two Victorian-style bed-and-breakfast rooms upstairs are named for former ladies of the house. After dinner, stroll a short way to Living the Dream Ice Cream for a gelato by the harbor.
