The swank dining space inside the Palm Springs Tennis Club Resort occupies a historic mid-century modern structure, but the cuisine of chef Eric Wadlund, a local star with a national reputation, is the main attraction. Crab cakes, kung pao calamari, and crispy flash-fried oysters are favorite starters. Filet mignon topped with a Gorgonzola-sage sauce, rack of lamb, and crispy-skin Lake Superior whitefish, are among the crowd-pleasing entrées.
