Done up in a handsome Craftsman style, Napa Rose's rich seasonal cuisine is matched with an extensive wine list, with 1,500 labels and 80 available by the glass. For a look into the open kitchen, sit at the counter and watch the chefs as they whip up such signature dishes as grilled diver scallops and chanterelles, and lamb pot roast topped with a pomegranate mint glaze. There's also a list of kid-friendly dishes. The four-course, $100 prix-fixe menu served at the chef's counter changes weekly. Appetizers and drinks are available in the handsome lounge.
