Fodor's Expert Review Grove at Copia
$$
Napa
Modern American
From a perch high above the olive grove that gives the Culinary Institute of America's outdoor restaurant its name, a larger-than-life sculpture of Robert Mondavi and his wife Margrit (by Gordon Huether) offers a wine toast to diners grazing on comfort-oriented plates whose oh-so-fresh ingredients come mainly from the surrounding culinary garden. The setting, which includes a boccie court, is as splendid as the cuisine.
