The perfect neighborhood bar, Baldoria is a Little Tokyo haunt with a big wine list, perfect cocktails, and some of the best Neapolitan pizza in the city. Small in stature, the brick-walled joint projects Lakers games on the wall to local residents and also offers a daily happy hour with cheap food and drinks 4:30–7 pm and a late-night happy hour on Friday and Saturday 11 pm–2 am. And those pizzas? You can learn to make your own as they teach classes three Sundays a month for $30, which includes your pizza, the class, and a glass of wine or beer.
