Like its Palihouse siblings (Melrose and Santa Monica), this West Hollywood version is quirky, eclectic, and cool in all the right places. With al fresco dining, a rooftop deck, vintage furnishings, and a happening bar, the hotel is ideal for creative types who want to get inspired by their surroundings and also mix and mingle with like-minded souls. Palihouse is designed for short- and long-term stays and caters to both equally well.

Whether you’re staying one night or one month, the rooms are sufficient for any needs. Classic suites come with kitchenettes, in-room coffeemakers, and mismatched vintage furnishings.
What’s that smell? Call it eau de Pali from the hotel’s personalized candles. Don’t worry, it’s nice.
bathroom
Marble-laden bathrooms have black tiles and raised sinks. Not for the prudish types, the peek-a-boo showers might inspire more than just creativity. The hotel also uses La Bottega bath products.
lobby
An eclectic lobby is designed for gregarious types with open seating on mismatched, vintage leather furniture. A Bohemian-chic vibe permeates the entire property, and nowhere is this more on display than in this hub of the hotel.
In a corner, you’ll find a foosball table if you’re feeling competitive or flirty.
gym
There’s no gym but the hotel offers discounted passes to Equinox up the street. Try not to get intimidated by Instagram infuencers hocking workout gear.
dining
Mardi is the hotel’s signature restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests receive 20% off all food and beverage in this stunning indoor/outdoor Moroccan-tiled space. The hotel also hosts a brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-3pm.
LOCATION
Getting Around
You can walk to dozens of bars, restaurants, and shopping areas, but it will be a hike as the hotel is in a hilly part of town. We’d recommend against renting a car and simply hailing Lyft or Uber rides, which are ubiquitous around here.
Restaurants
Sushi lovers will salivate when they realize they’re only a 2-minute walk from Wa Restaurant with some of the freshest fish you’ll ever find. If you want a healthy, and delicious lunch option, check out Hugo’s (3-minute walk) for scrumptious sandwiches, salads, and smoothies.

Effortlessly cool, Palihouse West Hollywood combines its shabby-chic sensibilities with great service and style. Creative types will find plenty of inspiration among the vintage decorations and plenty of options for meals, drinks, and more right outside the hotel. The location is great for city slickers who want to experience LA’s ever-burgeoning culinary scene where walking to restaurants and bars is hardly a hassle (minus the hills). Fun, chic, and chill, this hotel leaves guests with a feeling that they’re in the right place at the right time any day of the week.
