Fodor's Review

Jack "Ivory" O'Brien used to deal Alaskan ivory and whalebone out of this open and airy bar-restaurant tucked into the gold-rich hills of the Goldstream Valley on the outskirts of Fairbanks. Crab-stuffed mushrooms are a specialty. You can choose from a dozen-and-a-half other appetizers, followed by a sandwich, burger, or a pizza or entrées such as chicken Dijon and Alaskan king crab.
