The wines from this vineyard have won many awards, including four at a recent Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. The whites are very good, and the dessert wine—similar to a port and flavored with a little maple syrup—goes well with the local cheese. You can take a guided tour of the vineyard and winery, with a tasting of six different wines that's been paired with local foods, for C$20, or participate in a discovery visit for families, in which adult family members can taste five different products for C$13. In the new Interpretation Centre you can learn about the traditional ways of making champagne.
