During the day, St-Sauveur's old train station serves breakfast and lunch, but on most Saturday nights it adopts an entirely different personality when it becomes the setting for cabaret evenings. A show featuring some of Québec's best singers, dancers, and comics plus a four-course dinner featuring local delicacies will set you back C$50 to C$60 a person. Not bad for one of the liveliest evenings in the Laurentians.
