Fodor's Review

Local and regional products are emphasized here—among local celebrity chef Daniel Vézina's creations are crystallized foie gras with truffle snow, and venison tartare. There are two tasting menus, with three or five "themes" and remarkable wine pairings as an option, starting at C$105. The food is remarkably detailed and precise and is among the best gastronomical offerings in Québec.
