Fodor's Expert Review Myriad View Artisan Distillery

In Rollo Bay, just west of Souris, handcrafted spirits like vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, brandy, and pastis are produced; the brandy is made with grapes from their own vineyard, and the Physike's Garden Gin is infused with 20 herbs grown on the island. Tours (for up to 10 people at a time) and tastings are offered May through September. Tours are free, but any voluntary donations are passed on to the local hospital. Products can be purchased on-site or online.
