St. Peter's Bay

St. Peter’s Bay won the location lottery—at least that’s what folks who love quiet, outdoorsy destinations think. The nearby Greenwich portion of Prince Edward Island National Park has dunes that draw beachgoers, hikers, and bird-watchers (so many avian species flock here that the park runs themed programs). If you’d rather pursue a different kind of birdie, the Links at Crowbush Cove are a short drive west. St. Peter’s Bay, meanwhile, provides a sublime backdrop for cycling. On the waterside leg of the Confederation Trail between the village and Morell, you pedal past idyllic coves dotted with boats and buoys.
