Occupying a heritage brick-and-stone structure, this bistro gives Charlottetown's dining scene a French twist. The menu changes frequently, but the farm-to-table focus never wavers. Expect house-cured charcuterie, artisanal cheeses, plus favorite French dishes (including foie gras, steak frites, duck confit, and roasted marrow bones—all beautifully plated). And for dessert? Mais oui, macarons! There's also an on-site "marché" with goodies to go.
