Fodor's Expert Review Landmark Café
In spite of the name, this quirky, memorabilia-filled eatery is a full restaurant. And while the soups, salads, sandwiches, and a killer daily quiche are great lunchtime fuel, it's the fresh seafood that really stands out. Try Eugene's Cajun-style jumbo shrimp and scallop stir-fry, or go back to basics with what may be the Island's best seafood chowder. You can count on friendly service, too. Like so many places on PEI, this one is family owned and operated—and it shows. The caveat is that the little Landmark fills up quickly, so having reservations (or patience) helps.
