Horrible place!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I have been in the store once and experienced nothing but uncommunicative and belligerent staff, as well as grossly overpriced CDs. Over the phone is no better. I recently ordered a CD by phone. When I called to confirm shipping after the time it was supposed to ship, the shipper told me he still had it but no one had told him what to do with it. When I was finally told that they had free shipping over $50 I ordered

2 more CDs as listed 'in-stock' on their web page but then they couldn't find one of them. Then they wanted $11 to ship the one CD from Toronto to Vancouver and told me they wouldn't ship to me without tracking. And this was because I questioned their high shipping charges. You can do much, much better at the many online classical stores who actually respect their customers, have genuine customer service, and even competitive prices and shipping charges. Horrible, horrible place to shop!!!! AVOID!
