Fodor's Review

Nestled in tony and fabulous Yorkville, Café Boulud, spearheaded by world-renown restaurateur Daniel Boulud, occupies the coveted dining room of the Four Seasons Toronto. Art lovers can study Andy Warhol-esque paintings by Mr. Brainwash and gourmands can savor the beautiful dishes crafted by executive chef Tyler Shedden. The menu, split into four sections, invites exploration. Classic French dishes like foie gras represent the Traditional portion of the menu, whereas appetizers like a decadent duck egg mark the Seasonal menu; Korean beef tartare highlights the Asian portion; and sweet corn risotto brings the Garden to light. It's the culinary equivalent of Choose Your Own Adventure all with a delicious conclusion.

Business Dining Delight at Four Seasons, Toronto

During a recent (25-27 April, '16) working stay at the Four Seasons, had the pleasure of another enjoyable business dinner at Cafe Boulud. (And my brief corporate stay at the FS was as fine as ever.) Superb cuisine - and great company with some Toronto-based business colleagues. Warm and seamless service. Highly recommend advance reservations. Love this restaurant; would have dined with her again during my business stay, but was obliged to fly to

the San Francisco Bay Area for ongoing work. Fine dining to you.
