Fodor's Review

The home of the Arctic explorer Robert Bartlett is one of the few surviving examples of picturesque cottage style, with a veranda decorated with ornamental wooden fretwork. It dates from 1830 and is a National Historic Site. During July and August a local troupe performs several vignettes about the town of Brigus and Bartlett's adventures. Look for postings for Live! On the Lawn Theatre (the performances take place outdoors).
