You might be fooled by the grand entrance to this hotel (which includes marble floors and velvet walls), but L'Hermitage Hotel offers more of a cozy, at-home experience than an over-the-top luxurious one. If you do drive, the hotel offers 24/7 valet service for $31 per night.

For breakfast, head to Le Petit Belge (3-minute walk), where you can enjoy a better-than-average menu of top-notch breakfast staples like eggs benedict, omelettes, sweet and savory waffles.
