You don't even have to leave David's airport to find a decent meal. This small café, located on the second floor of the main terminal, offers a hodgepodge of cuisines ranging from Thai and Panamanian to Indian and Mediterranean. The owner is Iranian expat Bernard Bahary, who introduces himself to just about every traveler who walks through the door. His famed breakfasts habitually lure locals, who head to the airport for Bernard's fruit waffles, curry omelets, or Panamanian breakfasts of eggs, tostadas, cheese, and fries. The lunch menu features pasta, burgers, and delicious desserts such as bread pudding à la mode.
