Fodor's Expert Review ComoNo at El Patio
This low-key establishment is a peaceful oasis in the heart of El Pueblo. On the ground level, chit palms and ocean grape trees decorate the open-air restaurant, each branch wrapped in fairy lights and adorned with seashell lanterns. House specialties like steak and shrimp wrapped in prosciutto are smoked over a bed of coals and served with grilled vegetables and a baked potato. The menu also features tapas and vegetarian dishes including couscous, veggie spring rolls, and roasted beet salad. Head to the rooftop lounge for live jazz and frozen mojitos.
