By the south bank of the Río de La Pasión in Saraxché, a town of about 30,000, this place looks run-down but has clean, comfortable rooms on the second floor. Some rooms even have air-conditioning, a real rarity in these parts. The long-time owner can arrange boat trips to nearby Mayan ruins.
