Fodor's Review

This little seedling has sprouted into one of the most successful restaurants in Tamarindo. Finicky eaters will find favor in the simple but spot-on menu that features fresh, local, and organic ingredients. Grab a table and a clipboard menu highlighting sandwiches, salads, and smoothies blended with fruits and vegetables so delightful that you’ll forget they're good for you. Sink your teeth into top picks like the blackened mahimahi sandwich with mango-habanero mayo on toasted ciabatta or the piled-high hamburger on homemade brioche. The dressings, dips, and sauces, like pesto aioli on the grilled veggie wrap and jalapeño-cilantro aioli on the smoked pork sliders, are finger-licking good (literally). Perfect for an after-surf lunch are the Baja-style fish tacos with lime wedges and salsa cups. There’s free Wi-Fi and plenty of shade if you need a break from the beach.
