Fodor's Review

This charming little restaurant, established 30 years ago and now one of several branches in Istanbul and Bodrum, is best known for its mantı—a ravioli-like Turkish pasta traditionally stuffed with ground meat—and specifically "Feraye" (a name the restaurant has trademarked), a fried variation filled with cheese and spinach, potato and cheese, or chicken. The menu also offers café food with a modern Turkish twist, including meatballs, steaks, and a variety of salads; cheesecakes and other desserts are also available, as are alcoholic drinks. The atmosphere is casual, and diners can either sit at sidewalk tables on a lively pedestrian side street lined with other restaurants (including a branch of the House Café) and shops, or at tables looking onto a quiet garden in the back.
