Fodor's Expert Review Tomtom Suites
Boğazkesen Cad., Tomtom Kaptan Sok. 18, Istanbul, Istanbul, 34433, Turkey Fodor's Choice
A restored 1901 residence that once housed Franciscan nuns offers superb accommodations and authentic character, with guest rooms furnished with warm woods, textiles in natural colors, high ceilings, and original artwork. Huge bathrooms put guests in the lap of luxury with polished, veined white marble, floor heating, Jacuzzis, and Molton Brown amenities. Front-facing rooms on upper floors have views of the Bosphorus and Topkapı Palace. In summer, breakfast is served in the top-floor Nicole restaurant, regarded as one of the city's top culinary destinations.
