Perched near the edge of Uçhisar, this family-run inn has cave and stone rooms that combine traditional design, such as kilims on the floor, with more contemporary touches, like brightly colored pillows with cutout designs. A few rooms have views of the surrounding valleys, while most of the others look onto the attractive terrace or a garden; two-thirds have Jacuzzis. Unusual for cave accommodations, a couple of rooms can be combined into connecting “family rooms.” There’s a lovely wine cellar, where guests can sign up for wine seminars—given by one of the owners, a sommelier—or wine tastings (both for an extra charge), and a very nice restaurant.
