At the center of Piran’s old town, Vila Piranesi occupies a few floors of a renovated high school and offers well-priced, modern apartments with fully functional kitchenettes. The Villa is nearly impossible to miss as its logo is showcased on the building’s facade, but you will have to walk up two flights of stairs to find reception. The proprietor is kind and extremely informative.
