Fodor's Review

The name of this restaurant comes from the phrase used to open every Russian folktale, similar to "Once upon a time" in English. The clean, cool interior displays a smattering of folk-related objects and serves mainly excellent salads, as well as pastries and delicious and beautiful cakes. In summer the café is open around the clock.
