Fodor's Expert Review Baltazar

$$ Sentrum Italian

A longtime favorite, this restaurant tucked away under the graceful arcades behind the cathedral does an impressive job of re-creating the sort of trattoria you'd only find in Italy. With wood beams and exposed brick, the casual dining room spreads over three floors. In summer, tables spill out on the big outside terrace. The antipasti are always superb, as is the homemade pasta. The veal with tuna sauce and Parmesan is a popular starter.
