Ranked among Bergen's best restaurants, To Kokker serves excellent seafood and game. The menu changes with the season, but if you get the chance, try the fillet of venison with blackberry sauce. The restaurant's 300-year-old building on Bryggen wharf has crooked floors and slanted moldings (in that charming, rather than alarming, sort of way).
