Fodor's Review

Overlooking the Maas, this posh restaurant is run by chef-owner Erik van Loo, and it is said to be popular among the harbor barons, who can oversee their dockside territory from the bay windows of this tastefully modern, semicircular building. Tables are draped in cream-color linens, and wood-frame chairs are elegantly upholstered–-and the service is as effortlessly attentive as you would expect from one of the Netherlands' top restaurants. Luxuries such as truffles are added to the freshest ingredients, with the day's menu dictated by the availability of the best produce at that morning's markets. Kudos and salaams are offered up by diners to many of the chef's specialties, including the ravioli of black Bresse chicken with panfried langoustines.
