The Bianconi family oversees this elegant hotel, which is housed in a 16th-century palace—just around the corner from Norcia’s main square—and features stone floors, vaulted ceilings, and a Michelin-star restaurant. Comfortable, spacious guest rooms have oak or terra-cotta floors, antique furnishings, and black granite or Turkish marble bathrooms. The palace itself has lots of comfortable public spaces, including a library and sitting rooms.
