For the perfect combination of fine dining, creative cuisine, and rustic Roman tradition, this restaurant run by husband-and-wife team of Agata Parisella (in the kitchen) and Romeo Caraccio (in the front of the house) is a must. The intimate dining room and personal service make you feel as if you're dining in a friend's house; and the food is outstanding. Chef Agata was one of the first in the capital to put a gourmet spin on Roman ingredients and classic preparations, so even though the menu might look familiar, the quality of the food is several steps above. The cacio e pepe is particularly renowned.
