Located in a village just outside Tramore, this unassuming, family-run eatery above a pub is home to award-winning chef Eugene Long and his inventive twists on modern Irish cuisine. Local produce dominates, as in the belly of Crowe’s free-range pork, white onion and potato puree, wilted summer spinach, and veal jus. The seafood options are also standouts, like the Dunmore cod on a warm potato, Gubbeen chorizo, and rocket (arugula) salad with vine tomato sauce.
