Since opening in 2013, Finns' has become Kinsale's undisputed crown jewel of fine dining and one of the very best examples of its front-parlor restaurants. Talented owner-chef John Finn runs the restaurant with his wife, Julie, and John's parents' butchery supplies the meat. The front room is quiet and luxurious, with white table linens, Villeroy & Boch platters, and extra-large wineglasses for the outstanding wine list. Another room is used for small groups and private parties.
