This buzz-worthy restaurant has become known for its delicate, eclectic, and creative cuisine and expertly cooked food. A brainchild of five chefs, they have divided the menu into four different styles of preparation: wood oven–baked, charcoal-grilled, fried, and stewed. But you'll also find a selection of raw dishes, including various kinds of fish tartare and excellent raw marinated Ambrasian gulf shrimp with lemon and orange. The decor suggests the high-class glamor of the 1940s with polished wooden floors, white tablecloths, gilded mirrors, and friendly service. Beware that portions are large.
