A commanding terrace view across the lake to Bregenz and the Alps combined with excellent nouvelle cuisine makes this one of the best dining experiences in Lindau. The specialties, which change seasonally, are fish and game, and there are prix-fixe menus of four and six courses (€64 - 88.50); one offers tuna carpaccio, monkfish medallion, and Thai coconut soup with scampi. Brick-trim arched windows, fresh flowers, and elegant high-back chairs complete the experience.
