Fodor's Expert Review Buddenbrookhaus

Lübeck Historical

Editor's Note: This property is currently undergoing renovations.

Named after Thomas Mann's saga Buddenbrooks, the patrician house was once home to the Mann family and now houses the Heinrich and Thomas Mann Zentrum, a literary museum documenting the brothers' lives. NB: Until the building is reopening in 2023/4, parts of the museum have moved to the Behnhaus (Königstr. 9).
