Candlelight warms the mauve-and-brown interior of this charming bistro. There are interesting hot and cold tapas, such as "wrinkled" potatoes covered in a piquant mojo sauce and shrimp in garlic sauce. Tio Pepe also creates magical seafood dishes like Zarzuela marinera. The wine list is not very deep but boasts excellent Spanish choices. Reservations are recommended on weekends.
