One of Frankfurt's most creative restuarants, Gargantua serves up modern versions of German classics and French-accented dishes. Specialties include angel codfish served with cabbage and a champagne-mustard butter, and stuffed oxtail with mushrooms, onions, and a potato-celery puree. One corner of the restaurant is reserved for those who only want to sample the outstanding wine list.
