Fodor's Expert Review Huguette
This bustling bistro (open seven days a week) has been serving locally sourced regional dishes for a quarter of a century–-way before farm-to-table was a thing. Originally called Le Bon Vivre, the café-cantine was taken over by the founding couple's daughter in 2015, who renamed it Huguette, after her mother. Quick, unpretentious, and always good, the house specialties include dishes like cod, cassoulet, and wild boar in season (September–March). If you forgot to book, ask if you can wait for a table with a drink at the bistro's hip salon next door.
