Monsieur Bruno's charming hole-in-the-wall, complete with lace curtains, painted-wood front, fireplace, and old posters, could be a set for one of the Festival's films. Yet it's a true-blue bistro, with a €49 three-course menu that includes wine, fizzy water, a shot of vodka, and surprisingly tasty food. Choose quail roasted in cream, duck glazed in gingerbread and honey, or pork tenderloin in a Camembert sauce. It feels especially right in winter.
