Set in a stately 17th-century mansion atop Ménerbes, the restaurant at the Maison de la Truffe et du Vin is where you can sample the region's most prized delicacy in an all-truffle lunch (€65). The Maison also hosts wine tastings of the best Provençal appellations, and the wine boutique is absolutely tops in the area and a great place to stock up (they ship). If you don't feel like springing for lunch, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the beautiful garden terrace along with tremendous views over the Luberon valley.
