Fodor's Expert Review Savarin la Table
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
This cozy restaurant has a laid-back, contemporary vibe that belies the immense sophistication of the dishes created by Mehdi Kebboul, a young chef who trained in some of Paris's leading kitchens. Here, adventurous diners are treated to delectable dishes of rare creativity, such as rabbit cake with piquillo peppers, chard, and octopus or succulent duck ravioli. The €42 three-course lunch menu is a great introduction to the cuisine. Desserts are equally wonderful, making the whole experience a standout deal in this pricey neighborhood.
