Don’t be misled by the name—the small guest rooms here are more bland than grand, but they do have updated comforts and all but two face a courtyard garden. The on-site restaurant, Les Quatre Saisons, is one of the best in town and serves seasonal fare in a sunny salon; depending on the time of year, choose the award-winning tripe in a rich, pungent sauce or the roasted cod fillet in a frothy butter-and-grapefruit sauce.
