Katajanokka and Senaatintori
On the north flank of Katajanokka, near the end of Katajanokan Pohjoisranta, you'll see the Katajanokan Casino. Completed in 1913, it was built as a warehouse, then became a naval officers' casino, and today is a seaside restaurant. Set on its own headland, the casino has a summer terrace from which you can gaze across the North Harbor to the Kruunuhaka district while sipping a cold beer.
