Dappled sunlight on the stripped wood floor, small tables covered with white linens, and Provençal antiques and bottles of pastis make this place seem like a chic corner of France. Chef Laurent Couvreur puts his stamp on the beautifully presented and amiably served classic dishes, including blue cheese and leek tart with walnut and Parmesan dressing, quail with a braised lentil ragout, and pear and vanilla crumble with salted caramel ice cream.
